An Approach to Relaxation has its origins in the United States, where sommeliers Richard Betts and Carla Rzeszewski were working when they met. They set off on a search for the perfect place to make their own wine and eventually settled on the Barossa Valley, more specifically the cooler Vine Vale sub-region.

Despite the name implying a cheeky and easy going wine, this classic White Bordeaux blend is anything but, showing substantial depth, structure, and elegance. The wine is aged in old, neutral oak barrels for over a year to give it its smooth texture and make sure everything is integrated perfectly, resulting in something thought-provoking and infinitely food-friendly.
