Naturally Grown Wines Bursting with Flavour and Liveliness
Healthy vineyards – from the soil to the vines – make for superior wine.
This is why we select wines from winemakers who carefully tend to their vineyards through organic and biodynamic farming practices, then allow nature to take its course through natural fermentation. Wild fermented wines are made by dozens of microorganisms, each contributing new layers of flavour, resulting in wines full of complexity.
You may never want to drink commercial wine again.
Zero Additives and Minimal Sulphites
Commercial wines can have more than 70 chemical additives used in them, including colour and flavour enhancers, acid, and tannins to mask lower quality grapes.
All our wines have nothing added except in some cases, a tiny amount of sulphur at bottling stage. We limit total sulphur to 50ppm (compared to up to 250ppm in conventional wines), perfect for those with sulphur sensitivities.
Lower in Alcohol, Sugar Free and Vegan Friendly
All our wines are less than 13.5% ABV, and at most, a glass of Feravina wine will have as much sugar as a squeeze of lime in a vodka-soda!
And, as the grapes for our wines are hand-picked, no animals are harmed by fruit-picking marchinery, and no animal products have been used in the fining process, such as egg whites, casein and isinglass (fish bladder membranes), making them vegan friendly.
