Beyond their excellent flavour, Feravina selects wine from winemakers who are deeply committed to maintaining our natural ecosystems. Our featured boutique wineries embrace organic and biodynamic practices that let nature take its course through fermentation.
As a result, they all create truly dynamic low carb reds and low carb whites. The soils the grapes are grown in are rich and balanced, making for healthy vines, alongside an abundance of flora and fauna that make up the vineyard ecosystem. In the winery, the wines are wild-fermented by native yeasts found on the grape skins rather than GMO yeasts, and our winemakers carefully tend the wine through all its stages until it’s ready for bottling. Once you try these natural low carb wines, you’ll never go commercial again.
